About Us

Elite Learning Academy & Preschool is the premier childcare center serving Gretna, NE, and the surrounding areas since 2019. We offer childcare for children between the ages of six weeks and six years, which includes our programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and more. All the teachers at our school are qualified and have successfully undergone and passed a criminal background check. Our teachers have a minimum of 1,500 hours of experience prior to hire or a degree, ranging from associate's degrees to master's degrees. All teachers are required to complete a minimum of twelve hours of ongoing training that includes Safe with You and CPR/First Aid Training. Additionally, they must complete training through the state of Nebraska on early learning guidelines.

We will ensure to provide a facility that is safe, clean, and educational for all children we have attending our center. While at our facility we will help the children develop skills that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. We welcome parents to be a part of this development at our center with an opendoor policy at all times. Having a safe place for children to learn, create friendships, and play is one of our highest priorities. Our Academies remain clean at all times in addition to being a safe place. Our Academy is locked at all times with keycard access as the only way of entrance.

Our daughter has been going here for almost a year now. I was really nervous because I only had exposure to daycares at my Air Force bases, which had been a great experience. However, they have blown every prior daycare we have been at out. of. the. water! The staff/teachers are phenomenal. I seriously can’t say enough good things. Our daughter looks forward to going every single morning and then talks non-stop of her friends and teachers when she gets home. There is great constant communication through the Brightwheels app (something bases don’t have). There are always amazing activities for the kids (pony rides, petting zoo, water days, Santa, the Easter bunny, etc) with plenty of pictures to see while we are at work missing our girl. She comes home everyday with new songs, words, and art work. Elite is safe, secure, fun! We both have very high stress jobs and I’m so so so grateful to have found Elite because knowing our daughter is happy and taken care of is such a relief while we are working or TDY.

Hello! My name is Brittany. My husband and I have been married since 2015, and together we are blessed with two amazing daughters, Paisleigh and Mila. Allison and I have worked side by side for years with a shared passion for building high-quality, nurturing child care environments within our community. It's been our mission to create spaces where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn every day. As the Director, I come to work each day genuinely excited to watch our students grow—socially, emotionally, and academically—in a clean, safe, and caring environment. One of the things I love most about Elite is our ability to teach a well-rounded, hands-on curriculum that’s not only educational but also fun and engaging for both students and teachers. At Elite, we believe in being strong, positive role models for every child who walks through our doors. We’re here to help build self-esteem, encourage confidence, and prepare each child for the transition into kindergarten and beyond.

Hi, I’m Allison! My husband, Greg, and I are proud parents to three amazing children—Barret, Beau, and Bella. They are the heart and inspiration behind this entire journey. As parents, we always dreamed of finding a daycare that felt like home—a place where our children felt safe, happy, and never wanted to leave. That vision became the foundation of what we’ve created: a daycare and preschool where families feel confident knowing their children are not only well cared for, but also learning, growing, and truly thriving.

We’re committed to delivering the very best, right down to the smallest details. Our team is made up of experienced, qualified educators who are genuinely passionate about working with children. That passion shows in their smiles and in every interaction they have with the kids. Our curriculum is hands-on, engaging, and fun—designed to help children develop important skills while truly enjoying the learning process. Although my professional background is in nursing as a Registered Nurse, this new adventure comes straight from the heart. My kids are my world, and I wanted to create a place where parents can feel confident and at ease—knowing their children are safe, loved, and in a nurturing environment that feels like a second home.

Meet Our Teachers
All of our teachers join our school as qualified professionals who have successfully passed a comprehensive criminal background check. Each teacher brings either a minimum of 1,500 hours of prior experience or holds a degree ranging from an associate’s to a master’s level in a related field. In addition to meeting these qualifications, all staff members are required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of ongoing professional development each year. This includes Safe With You training, CPR and First Aid certification, and additional state-approved coursework. As part of their continuing education, teachers also complete training aligned with a specific domain from the Early Learning Guidelines to ensure they remain current with best practices in early childhood education.
